A Journey To Africa - Tanzania, Zanzibar (GoPro)
Опубликовано: 26.05.2017
Our journey to wild Africa in Tanzania: safari through the African savanna and then continuing our journey to the island of Zanzibar.
Tanzania is probably the best place to go to for game viewing, the place where you'll find most of the wildlife conservation areas and the highest concentration of animals.
We flew to Dar es Salaam, then we took a quick flight to Moshi, spending the night in Arusha. We had 3 days of safari at lake Manyara, Tarangire National Park, and (probably the best wild animals spot you can find) Ngorongoro crater. That's the place you would see animals that you might not even know their names :)
Kilimanjaro, the roof of Africa, is also a stone's throw away for the climbing passionate. Didn't get to do that this time round, but we were definitely impressed by the looks of it's tip above the clouds.
Arriving to Zanzibar, one of the best examples of paradise on earth, could not have been more appropriate to relax an unwind after the safari, with it's white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. A wonderful place for snorkeling, scuba diving, sunset cruises, kite surfing and more. Ohh yeah, and food: shrimps, octopus, sword fish, lobster and many others freshly caught from the Indian ocean.
Other recommended activities while in Zanzibar: the spice tour (to freshen your memory spices' looks, tastes and smells), dhow rides for snorkeling, the Jozani forest tour with it's mangroves, Prison Island etc.
